The Gallery House is a masterpiece of light and space, designed for an art lover who sought a bright, airy ambiance that enhances the beauty of paintings and sculptures. The lighting designer, Steensen Varming, focused on seamlessly integrating illumination into the home's architecture, ensuring that when the lights are off, they remain virtually invisible.

To achieve this, linear LED lighting was embedded within ceilings, coves, and stairwells, creating a modern, sophisticated glow that highlights the walls, kitchen, and living areas. The result is a seamless, contemporary aesthetic that enhances both the artwork and the home's design.
For effortless smart lighting control, Casambi was selected for its intuitive wireless capabilities, ease of installation, and energy efficiency. Afterglow Controls played a key role in commissioning and training the homeowners to maximize their lighting experience. Custom lighting scenes were programmed for different activities, including dining, entertaining, and cleaning, ensuring optimal lighting for every moment. With the addition of the Casambi Xpress switch, users enjoy seamless, tactile control at their fingertips.
By integrating cutting-edge smart lighting technology with architectural design, The Gallery House exemplifies the perfect fusion of aesthetics, functionality, and intelligent lighting automation.
