Greenway Views in Tuggeranong is a purpose-built senior living community designed to combine comfort, safety, and modern technology. With over 380 apartments and a connected village environment, the project integrates smart building systems to support both residents and operators.

Smart Lighting Across the Village

Casambi lighting control was implemented across more than 5,000 light fittings, covering everything from street lighting to apartment interiors. The wireless system enabled seamless integration throughout the site without the need for extensive cabling or centralised control infrastructure.

Efficient by Design

By removing the need for traditional switch wiring and bulky control panels, Casambi helped reduce construction complexity and overall project costs. Its distributed wireless system allowed lighting to be installed and commissioned with greater flexibility across the entire development.
