When Hilton Sydney needed to upgrade the lighting in both its grand lobby and heritage-listed Marble Bar, flexibility was key. With work happening in a live hotel environment, traditional wired systems were off the table. That’s where Casambi wireless control, delivered by Afterglow Controls, made all the difference.
Lobby Installation
Working alongside Alland Group, Shape and WSP, the lobby installation was staged over overnight shifts, with no disruption to guests. Casambi’s wireless mesh allowed seamless commissioning and fast real-time problem solving.
Marble Bar Integration
The heritage refurbishment called for existing cabling to remain in place. Casambi integrated cleanly, avoiding rewiring and giving the bar team simple control over scenes and ambience.
